From the moment Pickles walks into the room, smiles appear, phones come out, and the celebration becomes something truly unique.

A real miniature horse, yes. Pickles is about the height of a large dog, halter-trained, and completely at ease around music, crowds and cameras.

Pickles is available for weddings, cocktail hours, corporate events, birthday parties, grand openings, holiday parties, photo shoots, festivals, private celebrations, retirement communities, and many other special occasions.

Pickles does much more than simply make an appearance—he becomes part of the entire guest experience. During cocktail hour, he can help keep bar lines moving by handing out beer, seltzers, or other closed-container beverages while the bartenders focus on preparing signature cocktails. He entertains guests, poses for photos, mingles throughout the event, and can carry drinks, favors, flowers, snacks, or other small items selected by the host.

If you want to bring him back later in the celebration, Pickles can also accommodate an outfit change and make a special dance-floor appearance wearing his sunglasses and glow sticks while handing out Jell-O shots or party favors. His florals, signage, accessories, and role can all be customized to match your event and the experience you want to create.

Most appearances range from 1–4 hours, depending on the event package selected.

Absolutely! Pickles has been professionally trained and handled. His calm temperament and love for people make him an excellent event companion. However, as with any live animal, all guests must follow the handler’s instructions and children should always be supervised.

Tell us when you book and we will plan around it. Pickles stays on a lead with his handler at all times and never approaches anyone on his own — guests come to him, not the other way round, and nobody is ever expected to pet him or pose for a photo. If someone has a horse allergy, we can keep his appearance outdoors or station him well away from where that guest will be. For anyone who is simply nervous, his size usually does the work: he is closer to a large dog than to the horse they are picturing.

Yes! Pickles regularly attends indoor venues.

He is professionally potty trained and wears custom rubber-soled shoes designed to help protect floors while allowing him to safely walk on a variety of indoor surfaces.

Yes. The client is responsible for confirming that the venue allows live animals before booking.

We’re happy to answer any questions your venue may have.

Fully, and we will name your venue on the certificate. Vaccination and health records go over at the same time.

Yes! Pickles can carry sealed alcoholic beverages during cocktail hour or receptions.

The host or bartender is responsible for serving the beverages and ensuring all applicable alcohol laws are followed.

Absolutely!

Guests are encouraged to pet him, take photos, and enjoy interacting with him under the supervision of his handler.

Yes! Pickles loves meeting children.

For everyone’s safety, children must always be supervised by an adult.

Pickles is an entertainer—not a riding pony. No riding or sitting on Pickles is permitted.

Surprisingly little!

He only needs enough room to comfortably walk and safely interact with guests.

A 50% non-refundable retainer reserves your event date, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event.

Pickles can attend many indoor or covered events.

If severe weather creates unsafe conditions, we’ll work with you to find the safest solution possible.

Depending on the event, Pickles can often wear seasonal decorations, floral accents, or themed accessories that complement your celebration.

Photos are one of the highlights of every event, and guests are encouraged to take as many as they’d like.
