Whether you’re planning an elegant wedding, corporate gathering, private party, or special celebration, Pickles can be customized to fit your event and create a truly unforgettable experience. Package pricing includes the professional handler, standard white florals, setup, equipment and insurance with no surprise mandatory fees. Events within four hours of our home base have no travel fee.

The Pickles Experience
A full-service Pickles experience with his party-pack boxes.
Perfect for one featured moment such as cocktail hour, guest arrival, a reception appearance, a corporate party, private celebration, or other event where you want Pickles mingling, carrying approved beverages or favors, posing for photos, and entertaining guests.
The Party Pony
Ideal when you want Pickles incorporated into more than one part of the event.
Use the time for combinations such as cocktail hour plus a reception or dance-floor appearance, guest arrival plus a party appearance, or two distinct moments with an outfit change.
The VIP Pickles Experience
Designed for events where Pickles is a featured part of the overall experience.
Three hours allows for multiple distinct moments, outfit changes, extended guest interaction, and a more customized role throughout the event.

Pickles Appearances
Want Pickles himself without the party-pack boxes? Appearance pricing is for simpler visits where he is professionally styled and handled, but is not providing beverage or favor service from his boxes.
Additional appearance time: $400 per hour.
Great for guest greetings, photo opportunities, birthday surprises, holiday appearances, proposals, VIP moments, college or Greek-life events, grand openings, brand photos, and other occasions where you simply want Pickles to make an entrance and be the star.
Festivals, Markets
& Large-Scale Activations
Public, promotional, recurring, and high-traffic events often work differently than private events, so we price these around the actual activation instead of forcing them into a standard package.
Ideal for festivals, vendor markets, city and community events, breweries and restaurants, retail openings, venue open houses, corporate or brand activations, sponsored events, college events, and recurring appearances.
Pickles can appear with or without his party-pack boxes and can greet guests, create a photo moment, carry approved branded swag or favors, mingle through the event, or be incorporated into a larger promotional concept.

Holiday Weekend Pricing
Holiday weekends are subject to a 15% holiday premium on all packages due to increased demand.
Promotional discounts, special offers, and other percentage-off discounts do not apply to holiday-weekend bookings.
Please inquire if you’re unsure whether your event date falls within a holiday weekend.
Booking
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
Popular wedding and event dates can book quickly, so we recommend reaching out as early as possible.
